Welcome to The BLACC Space AKA the Black Ladies Amplifying Career Confidence, a social and career empowerment group connecting Black women committed to growth and advancement. It provides a supportive space to build confidence, strengthen voice, and navigate career challenges. Members engage in meaningful conversations, set goals, and support one another’s progress. BLACC hosts quarterly events and offers open office hours to provide guidance, connection, and accountability.
