About Us

Formally Heka Healthcare Consulting, LLC, WORxK Solutions, LLC provides the same great service under a new banner.  Since 2016, Dr. Kristy K. Taylor, has supported clients through resume writing, coaching, and health science SME consulting services.  WORxK Solutions, LLC is now the centralized business hub through which these services are  provided.

At WORxK Solutions, LLC, we help clients reach their highest potential by providing supportive, accountable coaching services.  We help clients develop their personal brand with our signature ATS compliant resumes and one-to-one coaching model.   We also develop and publish content to support healthcare professionals in reaching their career goals and improve their soft skills to enhance their professional presence.  

Finally, we work with industry partners to develop and deliver healthcare training & education content.

Dr. Kristy K. Taylor, Principal Consultant & Founder

Dr. Kristy Taylor has a background in health science educational program development, training, and academic administration with over 18+ years of experience in healthcare management and public health education. She is an experienced educator, trainer, and consultant who leads, develops, and implements health science training initiatives, builds partnerships, supports professional development planning, and analyzes program effectiveness. She has served as a subject matter expert (SME), online and on-site instructor, technical writer, curriculum developer, supported grant writing, and program accreditation teams.

She has contracted with several institutions to develop and teach a variety of population health and healthcare management courses. She is Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP) through the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals and a Certified Career Coach (CCC) with IAP Career College. In addition to her background in health science, Kristy also currently serves as a Logistics Readiness Officer in the USAF Reserves and has taught courses in American History.

Most recently, she was selected to participate in Harvard University's Women in Educational Leadership 2020 Cohort. Kristy holds a Doctorate of Health Science in Global Health from A.T. Still University, an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Higher Education from Liberty University, a Master of Science in Health Education from TUI University, a Master of Arts in American History from American Public University, and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Human Resources from Park University. She received her Certificate in Instructional Design from the Community College of the Air Force.
