WORxK Solutions was founded by Dr. Kristy Taylor, a Certified Career and Executive Coach known as the Social Impact Coach. With a passion for driving positive change in the social impact sector, Dr. Taylor brings expertise in career development, organizational resilience, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices. Her dedication to empowering individuals and organizations to make a difference is reflected in the innovative coaching frameworks and impactful solutions offered by WORxK Solutions.

About Dr. Kristy Taylor
Dr. Kristy Taylor AKA the Social Impact Career Coach is a Certified Professional Career Coach, ICF-accredited Executive Coach, and Master Mindset Life Coach with over 20+ years of expertise in health science, program development, mentoring, coaching, organizational development, and higher education. As the founder of WORxK Solutions, LLC, her brands include CareerCoachRx, KidWORxKs, and WORxK Academy. Through WORxK Solutions, LLC, Dr. Taylor empowers individuals and organizations in the social impact sector through personalized career coaching, mindset development, organizational resilience support, youth career initiatives, and impactful events using her unique DEIA framework and five-fold action-driven coaching model.

Most recently, she was selected to participate in Harvard University's Women in Educational Leadership 2020 Cohort. Kristy holds a Doctorate of Health Science in Global Health from A.T. Still University, an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Higher Education from Liberty University, a Master of Science in Health Education from TUI University, a Master of Arts in American History from American Public University, and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Human Resources from Park University. She received her Certificate in Instructional Design from the Community College of the Air Force.
